Flooding in Venice sinks tourismThe biggest flooding over the pas 50 years, hotels destroyed, restaurants destroyed, apocalypse day for Venice, climate change, are just some words for the last few days about Venice

The situation put the Venice in knees starting from Tuesday night.

The tourists from ground floor has been evacuated and a lot of tourists received disposable rain boots.

St Mark’s Square is also submerged in water.

“The National Archaeological Museum of Venice will be closed to the public this morning because of the high tide of yesterday night and the expected tide of 160 cm at 10.20am. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

Venice will have a lot of work to recover from disaster. Anyway this disaster was expected as there was a lot of talks about the climate change and possible flooding here.
